Cabinets - These cabinets also have an open front. Air in the room is filtered and sent into the cabinet. Thus the work being carried out in the cabinet is prevented from contamination by organisms present in the room air.
At the same time extraction of air from the cabinet eliminates the risk of the workers being infected by the organisms liberated in the cabinet. There is a balance between the inflow and outflow of air.
