DNA of Phage T4 - TheT4 phage DNA is packed inside the head like a ball of yarn. It is about 500 fm long, and has a molecular weight of 120x106.

T4 DNA is linear, terminally redundant and circularly permuted. As with the DNA of other T-even phages, it contains hdroxymethylcytosine (HMC) instead of cytosine.
