Pencillins ( Cephalosporins)	Binds to carboxypeptidase and transpeptidase and effects cross linking, and induces the murein hydrolase.
Cycloserine ( Oxamycin)	inhibits D-alanine recemase, D-alanine synthetase and D-alanine ligase, D-alanine D-alanine-UDP-NAMA penta peptide ligase
Phosphonomycin ( Fosfomycin)	Inhibits the synthesis of UDP-NAMA from UDP-NAG, inhibits pyruvate UDP­NAG transferase
Vancomycin	Inhibits association of UDP-NAMA pent apeptide with lipid carrier
Bacitracin	Prevents incorporation of lysine into the peptidoglycan and also affects phospholipid recycling
