Method -
In this process, the organism is grown in a liquid medium which is vigorously aerated and agitated in large tanks called fermentors. The fermentor could be either an open tank or a closed tank and may be a batch type or a continuous type and are generally made of non-corrosive type of metal or glass lined or of wood.,
