Pork may spread trichinosis (parasites live in muscles of pig).Fomites are inanimate objects (clothing, utensils) that carry disease agents. Bed linens may be contaminated with pinworm eggs. Contaminated syringe may carry hepatitis B viruses.Arthropods are important means of indirect transmission.
