Cellular
Transport
-The two main types of cellular transport distinguished by Palade (1956), Permeative and bulk transport, are generally accepted today.
In permeative transport substances of low molecular weight pass through the membrane directly into the cytoplasm.
In bulk transport,on the other hand, fine and coarse particles as well as high molecular substances pass through the membrane and are deposited in the exoplasmic space of the vacuome
