Mechanical Composition of Soil
There are different kinds of soil based on the composition of the inorganic particles that make them up. The International system classifies the mineral composition make-up as follows:

Nature of soil separates Quartz dominates the grades of sand. Apart from quartz, mica, feldspar I calcite may also be present.
