Micrometry
Micrometry is the process in which the measurements of object is carried out through a microscope. In microbiological work , the unit of measurement is 0.001 mm or one micrometer (μm).There are several, techniques to measure the object, but we wish to describe here only those, which are the most commonly used in microbiology.
