Deacylated
tRNA - As each aminoacyl tRNA transfers its amino acids to the growing polypeptide chain it becomes deacylated. Removal of this deacylated tRNA from the P site requires EP -G and GTP. Another requirement is the presence of either acylated or deacylated tRNA of the A site. GTP and EF-G are unable to release deacylated tRNA from the P site if the A site is unoccupied.
