Britten Davidson Operon Operator Model -

 The Britten-Davidson (1969) operon operator model for regulation in higher cells includes certain features which are not found in the simpler Jacob Monod model for bacterial cells.

According to this speculative model four basic types of genes are visualized, sensor genes, producer genes, integrator genes and receptor genes.
