Feulgen Stain

Feulgen stain:
This method is essentially similar to that described by Robinow (2). DNA in nuclear body can be stained with Schiff's reagent (S43) for one hour at 15-20°C instead of staining with Giemsa's stain (S41) in the method of Robinow.
