Staining Method of White
This is a combination of positive and negative technique given by White (16). Place a drop of White staining solution -A (S₃₀) on one end of the slide and mix a loopful of bacterial suspension to it. Spread this mixture with the help of another slide as a film of varied thickness. Air dry and fix the smear with heat. Cool the slide.
